Ben Barfield

Ben Barfield is the Director of Assessments for Send Network (NAMB). He served as the founding and lead pastor of Common Ground Church in Sahuarita, Arizona, where he now serves as one of the elders, and has been involved in multiple church plants throughout his ministry. He also served as the Send City Missionary to Las Vegas, Nevada. Since joining the assessment team in 2017, Ben now leads the team, helping identify and develop church planters across North America. With over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience, he is passionate about equipping leaders for the Missionary Task through leadership development and team health. Ben and his wife Jill have been married for 35 years and have three children
