Deep Bench – New Churches

The task of leadership discovery, development, and deployment is a vital catalyst in reaching the vast harvest set before the church. But the reality is that leaders often are not being developed well. They may learn valuable information in the classroom or from a book, but their growth is limited without a context for applying this information in the local church. What is necessary is a process for finding new leaders, training them to maturity, and sending them out on strategic mission for the Church. Deep Bench examines how to take the mantle of responsibility for discovering, developing and deploying future leaders in the church and for the church.
