He also serves as the Executive Pastor at Reality Church Miami providing direction and oversight to the church’s disciple-making and leadership development strategy. Gus earned his doctorate in Pastoral Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is passionate about making disciples, developing leaders, and planting churches. Gus is also a self-proclaimed pizza aficionado always on the hunt to find the best pizza spots everywhere he travels.
