How much money will I need? What staff should I look for? How do I develop a launch plan? What will opening day look like? What kind of outreach and marketing should I do? What type of facility should I look for? So many questions... you just want a little help getting pointed in the right direction. This workshop is for you. Our goal is to empower church planters (and their teams, if applicable) to develop customized launch plans while helping to answer these and many other questions. Dr. Ed Stetzer, Director of Lifeway Research and Lifeway's Missiologist in Residence. Ed has planted several churches, written many books, and has brought significant research to the field of church planting. Don't miss this unique opportunity to hear Ed speak from his heart and his experience.
Vince Antonucci, Church Planter & Lead Minister of Forefront Christian Church and author of I Became a Christian and All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt. Vince's passion for the lost is rare. He'll inspire and challenge you as you design your church to be a safe place for non-Christians to explore and pursue Christ.
Ron Sylvia, Lead Pastor at Church at the Springs and Director of PD Planting. The Springs began in November of 1994 and has grown to nearly 3,000 attenders. The Springs has always been committed to building the church with or without buildings. Ron's books, Planting High Definition Churches and Starting Churches on Purpose, are must reads for guys wanting to plant high-impact churches in growing communities.
Workshop Agenda:
Through the day we will cover a process designed to help you take your dreams and calling and turn them into a reality. We'll talk through different strategy areas and specifically address how to use them to reach the people God has called you to reach. We'll share practical tips and insights from numerous church planters. Our goal through it all is to answer the question, "I've decided to plant a church. Now what?"
